ZÁCHRANA is the top event in pre - hospital care, where the contestants test their professional knowledge. There are several daily and one night session. There are several different crews competing separately:

• RLP- a doctor, a nurse, an ambulance driver
• RZP with two paramedics

The assignments are simulated and staged on professional level thanks to acting figurants. Crews are assessed by the referees, where strict observance of the newest policies and recommendation of the emergency medicine takes place. 

Many laymen often ask question: “Isn’t this competition just a game for adults ? " Yes ,the word competition demotes the seriousness and importance of this event.

In reality this is a rivalry of elite professional parts which every day saves the most important- human lives .Saving human lives is a privilege, responsibility and mission.

For this reason the motto of ZÁCHRANA is :

Professionalism, responsibility, regard and humility
